Where Can I Buy A Barnfield?
Our coats are handmade to order and can only be bought through our website.
When Will I Get My Coat?
When you place your order, it is automatically entered into a queue.
Production is currently limited to 4 coats per week and the estimated delivery date is listed on each product page.
From the moment your order lands on our tailors table, it will take 12 weeks to craft your coat.
Can I Skip The Queue?
In short, no.
That said, email subscribers get notified about each launch, 48 hours before the public. It's our way of saying thanks for being part of our community.
Our first jacket sold out in less than 36 hours and didn't get to a public launch.
Do You Hold Any Stock?
We don't hold any stock of our coats but our knitwear is held in limited quantities.
However, we do occasionally get returns. These coats are only ever offered for sale if they're in perfect condition and they offer the opportunity to buy immediately.
By joining the waitlist, you'll be the first to know if and when a coat becomes available.
Can You Help With Sizing?
As a rule of thumb, our clothing is made to a tailored cut. This means it's designed to fit snug across the chest, shoulders and waist.
Finding the correct fit involves consideration to your overall preference and it's always possible to size up if you prefer a looser fit or extra room for layering.
When you buy a made to order item, you will receive an invitation to book in a virtual fitting session. Comparing measurements of other clothing that you own, we'll make sure you get the right size.
Will You Keep Me Updated?
We believe in transparency. Throughout the production process, you'll receive frequent email updates, giving you behind the scenes access as your coat is brought to life.
What If I Change My Mind?
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so at any time and we will process a refund within 7 days of cancellation.
What If It Doesn't Fit?
Along with our size and measurement guides we also offer one on one virtual fittings with every order.
This is to do everything we can to make sure your order is correct. We don't hold any stock which means, if you need to change size after the fabric is cut, your order will go to the back of the queue to be remade.
That said, if for any reason, you’re not 100% happy with your coat, we’ll happily take it back.
We’ll need to receive it within 14 days of delivery in it's original, undamaged packaging (including the kraft mailer box), unworn and in perfect condition so that we can process your refund and get it to the next person on the wait list.
Returns must be completed with a tracked and insured courier. If your coat is lost, we won't be able to process a refund.
Can I Get A Refund?
If you need to return your order, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your coat. We will process a refund within 7 days of getting it back.
Our team will review your coat which must be in it's original, undamaged packaging (including the kraft mailer box), unworn and in perfect condition.
Returns must be completed with a tracked and insured courier. If your coat is lost, we won't be able to process a refund.
