& Returns

Shipping is free of charge on every order, wherever in the world you are.

All international orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid. Any import duties, tariffs and taxes due in your country are calculated and paid by us at checkout, so there is nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives and nothing to settle with customs.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Kuwait, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United States. We are not shipping to any other destination at present, including the EU. If you would like to know when that changes, please get in touch.

If, for any reason, you’re not 100% happy with your item, we’ll happily take it back. We’ll need to receive it within 14 days of delivery and it’ll need to be in perfect condition with all the tags, any packaging etc, so that we can process your refund and get it to the next person on the wait list.

Do not place shipping labels or write directly on the gift box. Retain the kraft mailer box so that you can place the gift box within it.

We cover domestic shipping but don’t cover the cost to return domestically or internationally. We also can’t refund or exchange any packages lost if proof of tracking can’t be provided so please use a tracked and insured service.

UK SHIPPING

Deliveries within the UK are free of charge and handled by FedEx.We use their priority service which is tracked and should arrive the day after dispatch, except for weekends and bank holidays.

CHANNEL/HEBRIDES/SHETLAND/ORKNEYS & N. IRELAND

Deliveries outside of mainland UK are also free of charge and are handled by DPD. We use their 48 hour service which is tracked and should arrive within two days of dispatch, except for weekends and bank holidays.

PARTS OF THE UK WITH LONGER SHIPPING TIMES

Due to geographical location, some areas of the United Kingdom may experience longer transit times than quoted.

These are: AB13, 14, 21-23, 30-45, 51-56, 99 and all IM – the Isle Of Man, BT – Belfast, IV – Inverness, PH – Inverness, PA – Renfrewshire, KY – Kirkcaldy, KW – Orkney Isles. TR20,21,22,23 – Truro, HS – Isle Of Lewis, ZE – shetland, GY – Guernsey, JE – Jersey, The Isle of White.

DUTIES & TAXES

Every international order is shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties, tariffs and any sales tax or VAT due on arrival are calculated at checkout and paid by us on your behalf.

That means the price you pay at checkout is the price you pay in full. There is nothing further to settle on delivery, and your parcel will not be held by customs pending payment.

WHERE WE SHIP

We are unable to ship to destinations outside this list, including the European Union. If your country is not shown, please contact us and we will let you know as soon as we are able to deliver to you.

DELIVERY TIMES

International orders are sent with FedEx on a fully tracked and insured service. Transit times vary by destination, typically between two and ten working days from dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.
