If, for any reason, you’re not 100% happy with your item, we’ll happily take it back. We’ll need to receive it within 14 days of delivery and it’ll need to be in perfect condition with all the tags, any packaging etc, so that we can process your refund and get it to the next person on the wait list.
Do not place shipping labels or write directly on the gift box. Retain the kraft mailer box so that you can place the gift box within it.
We cover domestic shipping but don’t cover the cost to return domestically or internationally. We also can’t refund or exchange any packages lost if proof of tracking can’t be provided so please use a tracked and insured service.

UK SHIPPING
Deliveries within the UK are free of charge and handled by FedEx.We use their priority service which is tracked and should arrive the day after dispatch, except for weekends and bank holidays.
CHANNEL/HEBRIDES/SHETLAND/ORKNEYS & N. IRELAND
Deliveries outside of mainland UK are £14.99 and are handled by DPD. We use their 48 hour service which is tracked and should arrive within two days of dispatch, except for weekends and bank holidays.
PARTS OF THE UK WITH LONGER SHIPPING TIMES
Due to geographical location, some areas of the United Kingdom may experience longer transit times than quoted.
These are: AB13, 14, 21-23, 30-45, 51-56, 99 and all IM – the Isle Of Man, BT – Belfast, IV – Inverness, PH – Inverness, PA – Renfrewshire, KY – Kirkcaldy, KW – Orkney Isles. TR20,21,22,23 – Truro, HS – Isle Of Lewis, ZE – shetland, GY – Guernsey, JE – Jersey, The Isle of White.

DUTIES & TAXES
On 01/01/2021 the UK left the EU single market. From that day, any orders placed from locations outside the UK have incurred additional duties and taxes to be paid on arrival in the destination country.
These are applicable when the shipment is above the “de minimis” value for your country. For those of you in the EU, the shipment value threshold above which duties are payable is €150 and €0 for VAT taxes.
If you are ordering from the EU, you will need to pay the VAT when your shipment is imported into your country at the applicable rate. With regards to duties, if your order is below €150 there will be no duties to pay, if your order is over €150 duties will be due by you upon import into your country.
